Do my guests need to download an app to get their photos?
No. Guests register once with the photographer – just a phone number or email – and their private gallery is delivered straight to their phone. No app, no login, no account to create.
Can we use our own photographer, or do you provide one?
Both work. Bring your own photographer and we’ll onboard them to the platform, or we can source an experienced event photographer for you as part of the package.
How fast do guests actually receive their photos?
Typically within seconds of the photo being taken. You can also choose to hold delivery until after the event if you’d rather have photos edited first before guests see them.
Is this just for one big shared album, or does everyone get their own?
Everyone gets their own. Instead of guests scrolling through hundreds of photos looking for themselves, each person’s private gallery only contains the shots they’re actually in.
Can our branding show up on the photos guests receive?
