Deliverables handed to you first
“We do not bypass our agency partners. Not during the event, not after it, not next season when the client calls us directly — we route them back to you.”
How a partner engagement runs
Seven steps, and you're only
required for three of them.
01
Discovery
A 20-minute call or a written brief — whichever is faster for you. We need the client’s objective, the venue, the date, guest count and any brand standards. What we need from you: the brief. What you get back: a same-or-next-business-day read on feasibility and availability.
02
Creative Concept
We come back with two or three experience directions matched to the client’s brand and the floor plan — not a rental catalog. Concepts are written so you can present them without translating. What you get: concept options, reference imagery and renderings where fabrication is involved.
03
Proposal Support
Partner pricing with line items you can mark up, plus copy and visuals formatted to drop into your deck. If you need a version with our name stripped out, that’s the default. What you get: a client-ready section of your proposal, and a separate internal sheet showing your margin.
04
Production & Customization
Fabrication, branded overlays, print templates, screen graphics, set dressing and attendant wardrobe built to the client’s brand book. You approve once; we build to it. What we need from you: brand assets and one round of approval.
05
Pre-Event Communication
We coordinate load-in, power, dock windows, drayage and union labor rules with the venue directly so it’s off your plate — copying you on everything. A production schedule lands with you a week out. What we need from you: a venue contact and the run of show.
06
Onsite Execution
Crew arrives early, in approved attire, and checks in with your onsite lead. A producer directs the footprint on Flagship and Tour engagements. Backup equipment travels on every truck. What we need from you: nothing, unless you want to be there.
07
Post-Event Support
Full gallery licensed for the client’s marketing use, opt-in list export in a CRM-ready format, and an engagement and share summary you can present as your own recap. Then we check in with you — not your client — about what’s next. What you get: a debrief you look good delivering.

Do you offer partner or trade pricing?
Yes. Partner engagements are quoted at a partner rate with line items you can mark up, plus a separate internal sheet showing your margin. Rates depend on volume and how much of the client management you’re handling.
Will you contact our client directly?
No. All communication routes through your team unless you explicitly put us on a thread. If your client contacts us directly — even a year later — we route them back to you.
Can you appear as our team on site?
Yes. No Snapix logos on equipment or signage, approved attire, your run-of-show language, and no business cards changing hands on the floor. Attendants brief with your onsite lead.
How fast can you turn a proposal for a pitch?
Feasibility and availability come back same or next business day. A full concept with pricing is typically two to three business days; add a day if renderings for custom fabrication are needed. If you’re up against a pitch deadline, say so in the brief and we’ll work to it.
Who owns the photos, video and guest data?
The gallery is licensed for your client’s marketing use and handed to you first. The opt-in guest list is exported to you. We ask your permission before featuring anything in our own portfolio, and we’ll keep the client unnamed if you prefer.
Can you handle multi-city or multi-day programs?
Yes. Our production is mobile and has run two cities in a single week and coast-to-coast tours in one season, from a single production plan with consolidated reporting across markets.
What do you need to get started?
The client’s objective, venue, date, guest count and any brand standards. If the date isn’t locked yet, send what you have — we’d rather shape the concept early than react to a fixed brief.
